Not really sure what type of stone but it is 14kt white gold. It's from the 70's I believe. The stone is quite large and I've never seen anything remotely close to it. I just found it in my mom's old Jewerly box. I remember playing dress up with it as a child
Can you add more photos please?
Need to see it from all angles. Thanks.
It is beautiful! You can dream while watching the stone.
It is an agate, cut from a geode or nodule:

There palmstone is referring to a stone you can hold in your palm for healing :-)
@Valentino97. The only place I can think of she went before I was born was Bermuda on my parents honeymoon.
@efrsgirl, I would love to post more, I will be sure to in morning as I am at work right now. Thank you
@kyratango, thank you for the info. Much appreciated!!! Is it common for this stone of stone set in white gold ring? I honestly thought it was just costume Jewerly
I believe you have got a piece of some kind of blue chalcedony. Actually the agate is a chalcedony too, a translucent, banded variety of chalcedony. If you hold up a very thin slice of the stone and a light passes through, you have got an agate.

Queen, agates are rather usually set in silver, unless they are cameos or intaglios.
Is there any mark on the ring?
Valentino, the link above said palmstone, but in no way this is a name for an agate variety!
:-D
No other then the 14kt inside the ring there are no markings. I'm not sure how I can go about posting anymore pictures of it
