Rare....looking for information. Oil converted to electric (I think)!

I bought this in Maine in 2003. I have searched and searched for any information. One antique dealer said that he thought it was a Fenton mold but used my a lessor company with a color that Fenton never used. The base was painted white and we are in the process of removing the paint. The base is brass. Help.....so curious!
