      I'm finding some close to this. It's more like a liquor cabinet or cocktail. If it were for wine they would have inserts to put the bottles in vertically. I'll keep looking for the exact item

      You may need more research but I \'m going to say American mass produced ca 1920-1930, very nice Walnut ( Guessing from pic) veneer....needs some cleaning and perhaps a very very light coat of tounge oil but it looks very good....Value is a very subjective thing and might even vary as a creature of where you are......it would take more than a photo group to get an accurate vaulation.........

      Just as a side note, I can't see much of the top but I think that it might have been fitted with a marble insert at some time.............least that's what it looks like...
