Wondering what kind of chair this is

Hi I bought this chair from the son of a dear friend who recently passed away. I removed the fabric/seat because it was leaking yellow dust (maybe from very old foam). I am wondering what sort of chair it is. I have looked all over the internet, but found nothing that looks the same.
