This is an Italian grouping.
The medal at the top is the Medaglia-ricordo in oro della I Guerra Mondiale (Gold Medal Commemorative of World War I) It commemorated the 50th Anniversary of Italian victory in WWI, and was distributed to WWI veterans at that time.
The cross like medal is the Ordine Di Vittorio Veneto. (Order of Vittorio Veneto). It was also instituted on the 50th anniversary of the war to honor WWI veterans who were at least entitled to the War Merit Cross. Vittorio Venito was the culminating campaign of the Italian front at the end of that war. I presume the certificate is the certificate of the order naming the Veteran. Vetraio50 has been generous in translating Italian on some things I’ve posted, and hopefully will take a look at this.
The medal at the bottom without ribbon is the Medaglia Dell Guerra 1915-1918 (War Medal 1915-1918). It was created in 1920 and awarded to veterans for participation in WWI. You are showing the back of the medal.
