    Was hoping to find out anything and everything about this picture please..All we know is that is painted by Boris Chezar and its 35 and a half inch's wide by 23 and half inch's high inside frame measurements.

      American artist Boris Chezar, has airbrushed sand over the oil to create a unique and very Special Painting.
      Born 1913 in New York.
      A graduate of Cooper Union, his work has been shown at the Brooklyn Museum, the National Gallery in Washington,D.C., the St Louis Art Museum and major galleries throughout New York City.
