    Good Evening CW Friends----10:30 PM)2016-4-17
This being a while since i post my last Western Germany Pottery(around 7 month)I found many of them since then, last week while i am shopping at the salvation, couple very special show up, I have to share those 2 piece, they are to special to be ignore.
The first one i want to share with you is a very tall vase, with a very unusual textured finish, medium brown, depicted a very bright red horse, extremely well done, as only German can do, like the shape and decor.

This vase stand 15 inch tall, 8.75 inch wide, 4.50 inch at the rim, on a 5.25 inch base.

    Thanks for Viewing.

The Lava vases were meant to be textured all tactile and meant to give an idea of flowing lava. the numbers are the factory number and the size of the item. They made thousands of them.

What a fab vase. The orange gloss just pops on the textured ground, and I love the almost prehistoric art style of the horse. I would own this in a flash Alan!
