Good Evening CW Friends----10:30 PM)2016-4-17
This being a while since i post my last Western Germany Pottery(around 7 month)I found many of them since then, last week while i am shopping at the salvation, couple very special show up, I have to share those 2 piece, they are to special to be ignore.
The first one i want to share with you is a very tall vase, with a very unusual textured finish, medium brown, depicted a very bright red horse, extremely well done, as only German can do, like the shape and decor.
This vase stand 15 inch tall, 8.75 inch wide, 4.50 inch at the rim, on a 5.25 inch base.
Thanks for Viewing.

another stunner with great color and design!!!
The Lava vases were meant to be textured all tactile and meant to give an idea of flowing lava. the numbers are the factory number and the size of the item. They made thousands of them.
GeodeJem, I know that my friend.
This particular one post here are not Fat Lava, have some little texture but not as much fat lava use to have, thank you for stopping by, much appreciated your comments.

Alan
What a fab vase. The orange gloss just pops on the textured ground, and I love the almost prehistoric art style of the horse. I would own this in a flash Alan!
Karen, yes, soon i see this one, this remind me some Prehistoric cavern drawing, very similar design, i think this is what they want to achieve.
As always like your comment, it matter to me, many thanks also for the love, much appreciated your time commenting and loving my posts.
