Good Evening CW Friends----10:30 PM)2016-4-17
This being a while since i post my last Western Germany Pottery(around 7 month)I found many of them since then, last week while i am shopping at the salvation, couple very special show up, I have to share those 2 piece, they are to special to be ignore.
The second one i want to share with you is shape like a barrel, with a very unusual decor, i have i never seeing something like this one , extremely well done, has only German can do, I like the shape and decor.
On one side we can read " Old Tom's Jamaica Rumpot" and on the other side " Old Tom's Jamaika Rumfass" Lot of decoration, like Grape's, peach, Cherry's, Boat, Pirate on this Jar.
This vase stand 12.50 inch tall, 8.25 inch wide, 5.25 inch at the rim, on a 5. inch base.
Thanks for Viewing.

---------------------------Bay Keramik (1933-1971?)-------------------------------
Started by Eduard Bay in 1933; stopped major art pottery production in 1971; Bodo Mans; Bay was one of the top early companies with decors such as Florenz (1955), Rheims (1960), and Ravenna (1961). Bay continued to make some excellent items through the 1960s as well as some lesser lines, but slipping demand for art pottery forced a change to kitchen items.

Love this very much!! has a lot of character !!!
Thank you SEAN, I think so to, very unusual to have such busy decor, for WGP
And also this Jar is in perfect condition, no crack, chip or repair, for $6.99 i think it's good for this quality item, at the Antique mail could be WAY MORE.
Many thanks for the comment and quick love and your input is greatly appreciated.

Alan
