Seated lady holding a cup with small table beside her

I bought this item in the UK some years ago. I like her because of her elegant pose and her delegate hands. The marks on the base are the word 'foreign' topped with two crossed swords with the tips bent upwards. On top of the swords is a crown-like image and above this is the letter 'N'. I would very much like to know the manufacturers name.
