The first tool is 10" long with a wood handle and a metal head with no identification marks. The second spiral-like drill/screwdriver tool is 12" long, all metal and, again, no identification marks.

The one on the top is a soldering iron; It was heated in a small furnace or with a torch. The other piece is a valve lapping tool for seating (polishing) valves in old gasoline engines so that they seal well when closed.

Thank you for your help. If possible, I would like to identify possible manufacturers and circa manufacturing dates. Is there a site(s) you can recommend?

Those types of items are too generic unless they have mfgr's ID on them. Their style suggests mid 20th C.
