Large Micro Mosaic Millefiori plaque set in ornate silver 2 x 1.8 "(5 x 4.5 cm). Two marks; ZII and other 925 (Steling Silver) on the bail. ZII a Dutch import mark for 835 silver.
I don't know where this brooch pendant comes from. It could be Italy but also Germany.
