Nice Blue and White Canton (?) Decanter

I believe this to be a Canton Decanter but there is no stopper, it measures 11 3/4" tall . It does have some glaze skips around the top edge and has no markings. If anyone has any information to share as to if it is Canton and if not what it would be. Thanks!
