Tiles are 2-1/4" on each corner encased from the back shown on next post.
The overall piece keeps coming up as Talavera punched tin however the corners of this do not look like those.
Found a very similar tile but nothing with an entire mirrored piece. Seems to be a lot of Tonala tiles but a sun face man is well..different and hard to find.

it's not really Tonala, although it may have been made there. looks like Jorge Wilmot. looks more like talavera to me, although it's not officially called that. only pottery which has been made in one of 8 certified talavera workshops can be called that.
tonala is only slightly shiny - burnished with a smooth stone.
