These are silver, maybe 3 inches in height, with holes at the base, which I cannot seem to find out a purpose, or if t's simply decorative. I'd like to know why these were designed as such. The one on the far left, I'm fairly certain is a sugar shaker, but please advise if that is incorrect.
The other is a spoon what a jade accent at the handle, I have no idea how this would be used?
