    Unknown !!! Does anyone know who this artist is? Aprox. 24x18inchea and possibly 20 years old +++. Paper is o;d looking and somewhat fragile.
    Please let me know anything about the painting or artist. Thanks.

      Without a name it would be almost impossible to know who painted it. Nice !!

      It is possibly a street scene or edge of a park with buildings in the background. But the guy on the park bench and Pigeons are almost a caricature in pen and ink. Maybe this is his signature in some way. ? Perhaps a former cartoonist??
