Looking for a date of manufacture

Anyone know when Avon came out with Royal Sapphire?

I posted these once already in show and tell, but was not able to add to the unsolved mystery group through editing, so apologies for the repost. I added a new picture to keep it interesting.

I'm sort of loving old Avon glass right now. I had no idea they made dinnerware until recently.
