Recognize this Austrian mark on a child's brass/ceramic flatware set?

Came across this child's 3-piece flatware set, brass with ceramic handles, in a box lot. The only mark is on the knife, which states it was Austrian with a maker's mark (KMW or similar) which I have been unable to find in any guide.

I don't think it is of great value, given that it appears rather cheaply constructed with little finish on the brass. It does appear, however, to have some age.

Does anyone recognize the mark and/or know anything else about it?
