Victorian Ladies Headpieces

Last week I got so much stuff, I got these what I think are Victorian or 1920's 30's Flapper and mourning headpieces.
Rhinestones on brass, also a gold foil headpiece, foil or other material, almost feels like metal fabric.

Anybody familiar with these pieces ?
