    This dresser is old but i don't know anything about it. What kind of wood is this? The handle pulls are not original. It has a metal plate behind the key hole.

      The wood is either Ash or Oak I suspect it is Ash from the pictures. I would say it was made after the 1940's so it is vintage. Not a gold mine but has good value which will increase if it is taken care of.
