solved by antiquerose artist "Roger Vines"
3" tall and 4" wide
.99 cent find in a flea market
I assume it's an oil burner because it had a wick with metal rim in it when I purchased it...oil was all over the top and was so dirty...now all clean you can see the iridescent colors. Has a nick at the top which is probably from using that wick with metal rim. I will get one with plastic at Michaels.
So pretty!
