Vintage Baby Elephants with Wrinkly Skin

Aren't these just adorable??
These baby elephants are from the 40's I was told and are the cutest I've ever seen. They've got pink ears, painted toe nails, and fun wrinkly skin too!

These little guys, or girls perhaps, are just under 4" tall for the standing one and 3 1/2" for the sitting one. Made of a fine ceramic, porcelain maybe, the have a pearlized finish and the texture is such that you can feel their wrinkles.

They both look like they're having fun, maybe getting in to a little mischief and have their trunks up ~ which is Good Luck!

I'm not usually into picking up cute little animals but these cuties just called out my name. . . . and you should have seen the look on my husbands face!
