Just curious if anyone has anything similar and if it was done by Walt Disney himself. The black on Mickey Mouse and in the signature was obviously done with an old ink pen that you dipped in ink because you can see the scratches from it under the ink.

I would think if it's an original, you scored. I would imagine Walt himself did do this and I wonder who Charlie is???
I googled the quote "H'ya charlie ol' boy?" and got no hits at all !!!
Maybe that is good news !!!
