    It looks like it is hand blown.

    No marks on it.

      Hi Nancy, welcome to CW.
      I believe you have a "Jack-in-the-Pulpit" vase. Can't tell if it is hand blown unless we have a photo of the bottom. Could be that the base was added after the vase was made. I must say it's a very unusual shape.

      It might benefit from a very gentle clean. Put a towel or face cloth in the bottom of the sink; use a soft cloth with warm water with a small amount of dish-soap added to it. I don' think you even have to put it below the water, just wipe off the outside and inside the top as much as you can. It's rather a difficult shape to clean the inside.

      There are quite a lot of glass aficionados here, and I hope one of them comes by t0 give you more information.
