I do not know much about these photos i was hoping someone could tell me about them! they are framed and matted and the frames are real wood and look hand carved they look vintage.. also have french writing

i looked and looked and i think i even looked him up, wonder if these photos are worth anything?
i have another one of a bird it is a parakeet on caleyes.. says something in french . i wonder if it is the same artist, they look alot alike.. i will post it tomorrow
