Hello, I honestly do not know much about this vase, I really could use some help Identifying who made it and when? I know its lovely, and is hand painted but that is as far as I can go, the pontil is unique in the fact it has a extra applied clear glass applied to the center? Very interesting... I hope to hear from my fellow Glassies here at CW on this piece!
