I recently obtained this piece from an Estate that contained quite a number of Native American Pottery pieces; most of which were Mississippian or Caddo with a couple be Southwest Adobe pieces. This piece is quite large and I just can't place it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It measures about 13" tall and certainly appears to be hand made.

All I can tell you is that it isn't Native American, since it was thrown on a potter's wheel, which Native American potters never used.

Huh. Well if CanyonRoad says it's wheel thrown, I have to defer to his greater knowledge and expertise. I would not have said so for sure looking at the photos. Good luck with the ID! :)
