    About 10 inches high. Wood and metal. Absolutely no idea what this is. Help! Found at yard sale. I have mo other info but would like your help in identifiying.

      Welcome -- I have no idea, is there any marks on it? I see some writing that says PAT PENDING == any numbers there at all for a Patent number?

      I do not know -- was thinking something for Knitting to wrap the wool around ??
