This is a complicated hexagonal shape with equally complicated spatters superimposed one upon another, all sitting upon three strutted legs in peachy pink. The crimping on the foot is the only example I have seen in that pattern. I have several bowls on this type of leg and one is in a known Welz décor......
Once again, thank you Lesley :)
This vase appears in Truitt vol. II, page 58, top picture, centre of five vases all on this type of leg.
Height 16 cm./6 inches
Very Interesting! Very Nice! The colors contrast very differently, Pink and Splatter
The pink legs are what interest me.....not commonly seen with Art Deco spatter!
I love this... fabulous colors, I have something similar that I will try to post in a couple of days.
That sounds interesting, Phil, I look forward to it.
It does indeed, Ken, but the designer would get no marks for aerodynamics :)
Great photographs!!! Shows it off beautifully!! :)
Thank you, Justanovice, it will always be a favourite and I'm so lucky to have it :)
Thanks a lot CindB, it's so nice to hear from you again :)
Wow, crazy! Love it.
Thank you Fran, now this one is quite rare......

A beaut. But is it satin? :-)
No Ian, it's glossy.....but just as hard to find! :)
Peggy - I have listed my vase now, certainly not as elegant as yours - but surely the same manufacturer - but who knows?

Thank you, Phil, I think it likely......
