Any information on this piece would be appreciated. What I do know is that it is a circa late 1800's or early 1900's. I received as part of an inheritance. It is heavy brass. The tray is 10" in diameter and the piece is 7-1/2" tall. Please let me know anything you can even the name of the piece or how to structure an internet search. We have about 20 hours in searching for any information an so far have not even seen a similar piece. I am not even sure what category to list this in.
