Found in a very old sewing box. Don't know how old is but have only been able to find photos or sales of (and very few) ted bodied-white slide rulers andabsolutely NONE that look like mine (white bodied-red slide). Any info?

It's an inexpensive inside/outside caliper. The name Exxon originated in 1972 so that's your terminus post quem. That era experienced an increased interest in the metric system so this was probably a promotional item given away at gas stations. Red & white are Exxon's corporate colors.

Do you this mine could be more/less rare than others I have seen online? The ONLYones I've found were red bodied n white slide...none are white with red slide

That is difficult to know. They may have made both parts in red and white and you just haven't seen others like yours yet. I doubt that the color makes a difference in the value for this kind of item.
