16 inch coke sign. AM31
Was wondering what this AM31 stands for???? Second photo at bottom. Was my first piece of coke memorbilla. Didn't notice this at bottom of sign.

I do not know........but I know my 4 foot Canadian was marked this way ( maker and date ), see link

Allen-Morrison is the sign maker and the number is a production code. Not sure anyone's found the secret decoder ring to completely decipher. "Sign of Good Taste" slogan was introduced 1957, so the button is of that vintage, late 50's early 60's thereabouts.

The AM is Allen Morrison, and the 31. means March of 1961. The 1 would be 1951 and the . Means add 10 years.
