    About 11 inches long and welded together It looks different and definitely has age. It mounts via a large plate 3 inch diameter. The welds are rough and don't seem too well done. It is possible someone made this on their own for use as a....... well who knows

      Just came across your post. Looks to me some crafty biker made his own Jockey Shifter. Would have mounted to a 4 speed Harley gear box then you would have hand shifted gears and used a foot clutch (left foot). Also known as Suicide Shifter. Just sold my ole' Shovel Head that I put this style shifter on.

      Thank you so so much. I wasn't into vintage bikes until I came across a couple sales now I have a 1970 harley leggero project and a few random parts lying about. I guess I need to make more room in the garage for a new obsession
