This is a rather large silver and enamel Pin/Brooch. it appears to have some age. I tried to ID the insignia but was unsuccessful. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

That is a Jerusalem Cross or Crusader's Cross I think.

"The Jerusalem cross, also known as Crusaders' cross or the "Five-fold Cross", is a heraldic cross or Christian symbol consisting of a large cross potent surrounded by four smaller plain crosses, one in each quadrant. It is not to be confused with the Lorraine cross, which has also been called the "Jerusalem cross""
      https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jerusalem_cross

It a Vatican order of Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem Grand Cross Star.

There are some other examples here:

It's the Knight's Grand Cross of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem. That's a Vatican order of knighthood under the protection of the Pope.

      Nice Find!
