I think it is about time to learn the origin and use for this little beauty. From a deep south buying trip years ago. Bits of light brown glaze remain here and there. Heavy and cold to the touch. Beautiful odd hue of blue glaze interior. 4" in diameter at base, 3" tall with lid. I truly hope this can have a name finally...Thank You, V76
