Certainly not as beautiful or as elegant as Peggy's, but pretty all the same, square (or 4 sided) vase - green base with white and oxblood/purple spatter on blue legs.

Aaaah, Phil, yours is definitely Welz and I love it The décor is called oxblood and green and I have a bowl on legs in the same décor.
