Little Treasure from Craig's List

I bought this off of Craig's List for $50. I have done a little research but haven't found anything close to this. The closest I can come is to one that is called "Saratoga". The dome is 26 inches at the highest point, length is 34 inches and width is 21 inches. I would like to put a bit of work in to this but read that owner rehab might not be the best thing. I am wondering if I should have it professionally restored. It seems to be in decent shape for how old it must be. It also has wheels. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
