Love it!

I have no idea how old this is, but I love it! I have never seen any hutches that are older. We have had it for a long time, it was left behind by a renter that skipped out and left everything behind. I got this! I dont know where to research it to find out its origin.

I would like to know how to find out its value and maybe sell it. Can anyone lead me to some information? Thanks!
