This is one of my favorite things. I've had this purse since I was a child and I don't remember where I got it. It's all metel except for the pieces of Mother of Pearl on top. I do remember it had lipstick and power in it but they turned bad after some time and started to smell so I removed them.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how old it is or where it may have been made. Any information would be appreciated.
This looks very similar to a compact I posted which I think is made either by Dexter America or Stratton England.

Racer4four I think you're right. You're MOP compact looks like the same manufacturer made my clutch. Thank you for the help.
