      I be leave that they call this a sling chair or sling seated ..campeachy or Spanish arm chair ...that's as close as I can come with my old antique furniture book ,,hope it gets you started...

      I think it is a Victorian nursing chair-I had a similar one, they were present in nurseries in the olden days.
