This appears - apparently - in the line drawings from the Tango Sklo exhibition. Our photographs of them are nothing like the quality that allows a decent analysis, however, a pulled trail vase in this form is clearly shown.
The trails have been applied from the base and stand ever so slightly proud of the surface. The darker blue is completely smoothed into the mould further down the body.
This was US export - Czechoslovakia is shown acid etched in a font very similar to Times New Roman.
It is 18.5cm high x 5.2cm across the rim.
