Found this at my local Pet Save charity store. It looks late 19th century,
ground Pontil mark with random scratching as you'ld expect. The odd green color with brown streaks looks like some Clutha pieces, any thoughts
    welcome!

I have just posted a similar item but unsure of its origins. There is little information on the internet about Clutha glass. Just out of interest does your piece have bubble inclusions throughout the glass? A lovely piece of art glass incidentally.

Thanks for your comment, and yes the distribution of bubbles is throughout but vary greatly in size, they are very tiny in the brown streaky areas. The colouring and the unusual shape as much as the bubbles made me consider a possible Clutha attribution.
