Original post:
This is 9-1/4"long, 5" tall, and 1-3/4" at widest point. I think it weighs about 1-1/2 lbs. When I can't find a vase, I'll pick up anything cute and signed.
I'm wondering because of my awesome teachers here if this is a knock-off. I only paid $3.00 for it but I'm not sure if I'm happier because I found it or you all taught me to eye spy a fake. ;) My hums are:
1.) There is no base wear at all. No need to take a pic.
2.) It is missing a number that I see on most.
Thanks for looking and your expertise on these things.
I just posted a FM Blue Bird, and your label is very similar to mine, if not the same. Dude, this is a very cool . Love it.
Thanks and LOL Deano, I'll go check it out. ;)
I'll leave it for the experts to argue authenticity, just want to tell you this is a delightful figurine in glass, enjoy it regardless. :)
Thanks Katherine, I am so appreciative of all the info here. I do love it a lot. I buy on the fly of my lunch hour so I'm always excited to get the time to really look. Without CW and your help and everyone else's, I would never be able to go to an antique store or flea market and know for sure what I am buying. I hope to make you all very proud one day. :)
Thanks for the loves, to you Deano and Thomas. :)
LOL Thomas.
I think it is Good -- Good find!! The real deal. Keep in Mind that some glass is moved around and around over the years. There are always some pieces that might have sat in the china cabinet and not be moved around very much
Here is some on Info on Wayne's site here:

I am not sure if they had numbers on all of them or not. Maybe someone else know more....
This has been the most fun and interesting thing in my life since my daughter left for her life 9 years ago. So happy to find not only a hobby but great people, support and expert advise. :):)
:hugs: 2u
Awe, spanks Rose.
He's wonderful One..never seen anything like him. Reminds me of my "Candlewick" glass pieces with all the little beads and bubbles. :)
It's real!!
Here's one for sale (spelling mistake in the name...I searched under Marcolin):

I love the humour of this piece even though I couldn't own it (my only fear in life is caterpillars...I get to the sweating, heart racing stage when I see one. Stupid really I know. Snakes, spiders? Fine)
Haha Karen, oh geez, not laughing at you because I know caterpillars in your area are probably a bad thing as some in Alabama were. But in Ohio ( you might want to sit down) we played with them all the time. My cousin and I cried like babies when my uncle burnt the cocoons out of his trees when we were little. :(
I learned to deal with snakes down south but those brown recluse spiders are serious business. I don't like em. Thank you for the link and even commenting. Not to mention facing your fears to find a link for me girl!! ;);) Very brave!!
Thanks mike for your comment and love. ;)
Thanks also for the loves: blunder, Nevada, aura, vetra, sklo, Nice, swfin, SEAN and Midnight. :)
What a wonderful thread, so reflective of our great little community here. Glad you got the information you needed, OGF. :))
Thank you Katherine for helping. I'll be around in a minute to see your beautiful finds!!
I agree with your sentiment's 100%.
Inchworm, I think.

Thanks Celiene. He has a great spot in my little zoo here. ;)
