I picked up these two really short chairs at Urban Ore today. i think they're pretty old and really cool! this one has many little brass bells on it, so it makes a nice tinkling sound when you sit and move in it. it's beautifully made! i call these chairs 'bong' chairs, for obvious reasons!

thank you Thomas. i couldn't get your link to work, but i found some others. i think that the one in this post is called a Punjabi chair. the other one is an antique Swat Valley chair.
i like this one a whole lot. i think that the brass wire inlay is pretty unusual and rare. it's also done very well.
