This is still yet another item on which I have no information. Somewhere in the 1930s - 1950s. It is put together with philips head screws so no earlier than 1930s. It came with a small graniteware Thunder mug aka chamber pot. The rubber piece in the front shows a fair amount of age so I am thinking at least 60 years old.

I remember seeing one like this in my grandmother's house, she may have used it with my mother, and for all I know, with me and my brother. Wished I'd had it for my kids. What a cutie! :)

You know, I had two kids and I have no clue or idea what was used to potty train them ~ that sort of thing was left to my wife to handle. I'm pretty sure, though, the product or device must have been made entirely of plastic. [;>)

Thank you very much NevadaBlades. Plastic probably started around mid 60s.
