Detroit Tigers, 1968, Commenerative glass dish

We recently acquired this Detroit Tigers commemorative "dish". It is a smoky black glass with raised gold lettering (possibly gold leaf?). It lists the team member's names, the general manager's name, trainers, pitchers, catchers and more! It measures 5" x 6 7/8''. We are unable to find any information on this flawless dish. It is absolutely flawless!
