Trying to find some info about this McKee Milk Glass Cat. I have found this cat made by different companies in white or white and blue but I have not located this piece by McKee. It is not a perfect piece. Approximate measurement is 5 1/4 Length and 4 1/4" . It has been in our family's possession since '60's.

the bottom does match McKee's Rabbit from their 1902 catalog:

Here is some info on that particular Mckee mark.

      https://www.realorrepro.com/article/Milk-glass-reproductions-with-McKee-mark

The original mark on these CADS (Covered Animal Dishes) was "McKee & Brothers". Something they should have mentioned on the website above.

The Westmoreland Glass Co. ended up with the molds and made reproductions of your dish, with the W over a G mark on the inside bottom of the lid only.

I have no idea who then ended up with the molds for your dish, plus there were some new molds made too, but your cat dish has been reproduced by Summit Glass and others with the newer version of the mark that is on yours. Why they used the Mckee mark instead of their own mark is questionable. There have been some glass companies who did this sort of thing fraudulently.
