Efesgirl
(1017 items)
This is my big prize for today, bought from a woman who sells me things for cheap. This pendant dates to 1910. Dutch sword hallmark for silver (1906-1953). Master silversmith mark is AxM.
I have just looked up this pendant and found another one on a Dutch auction site - exactly the same.
Winning bid was for 150 Euro($170.00) in September 2015.
Bah hahahaha :-))))))
Thanks for looking/loving, CW friends!

valentino97 - I probably do... If not, I should have one by the time this weekend is over ( 5 flea markets!!).
val - you must be on the west coast. Right now the time here is 8:00 p.m. (20:00 hrs). You'll be going to bed and I will have been at the markets for three hours, lol!
Ha ha, for once I beat you with a bargain hunt, Bonns, wait and see my thread, lol. :P
LOL katherine there are 5 flea markets on Sunday over here...!!!
It is beautiful Efesgirl.....well done!
Let's see....what's the profit margin.... $8/$170.... #@*% ! ....... LOL ....... Great find, Bonnie. [;>)))))))
One of your best for me Bonnie - it's gorgeous.
Thanks, all, for the great comments. I always expect the unexpected at these markets.
Moooi! ;-)
We have lots of flea markets here that I go to but never buy anything because it seems like they want to keep their stuff with the prices. I am so hopeful for this years yard sales and flea markets with the knowledge I have gained here. :):)
I'll never be an Efesgirl but a girl can try. Thanks for the coaching!!
Thanks, BE..
OGF - I know what you mean about the prices. There are idiots here, too, who think they are in possession of treasure. They just end up taking it all home at the end of the day. I see dealers regularly at the markets and guess what - same sh*t different day! They don't change their stock. Good luck this summer, and keep your eyes peeled. :-)))))
