Could this be a Morgantown Crinkle pattern vase made for E.O. Brody?

I have been trying to find out who made this vase...the shape is similar to vintage E.O. Brody glass vases but it is lighter weight and has a faint blue air to it...I have not been able to find one anywhere on the internet like it...anyone have any idea of who might have made it. Thanks!
