There's not much info to find, other than they are listed as being vintage souvenir items. Another listed on Worthpoint, but must be a member to see the auction results:

There are collectors out there for Disney memorabilia. The survival rate of an item like this is pretty small. Were these in a nondescript barrel? I wondered where the barrel came from, because nowing that might give you more of a clue about them.

We had a customer come in yesterday with a load of scrap iron and he dumped the load out in front of my machine well I was cleaning up the area there was 3/55 gallon barrels that was included with the load of scrap so I continued to swing my magnet cleaning up and I just do happen to lift & dump theses barrels out and at the bottom of one I seen these come out so me and a buddy (co-worker) picked every single one up amazed at there condition and I was curious because I've never seen this before so I did a little research last night and that has brought me to the point in witch I'm at now

Yeah I did notice that but I also realized that they were private party's (other people) trying to sell the item I'm more so looking for a more accurate evaluation in terms of it being a vintage collectable it would be great to maybe get in contact with that type of person or like a vintage appraisal maybe because people selling them at said listings does not really mean that the price is accurate unfortunately...like today I sold one to a friend for $10 ? May have been a dumb choice but I can't find the proper value so idk & of course I still have 13 count of them
I sure do wish the Internet research would provide more information about these
I also have the original vintage set of the wizard of oz dolls with Toto and the ruby slippers but finding the information of such old items can be difficult
